The field and sky flow together.
I am now located in Au Gres Michigan on a canal out to Lake Huron. It's a fishing and birding area full of wildlife. Recently I've joined the Tawas Bay Art Gallery and intend to create new paintings.

Sliced cantaloupe II
Sold
Part of the fun with an idea is to come up with different perspective's or arrangements of the same item's. The orange on the white plate was a color combination that caught my eye and it also produced some interesting shadows. This is the fourth cantaloupe painting since July check out the others if you like.

Red out
Sold
In July the painting Red on top was the same group of cherries as used in this painting. When one still life is selected for painting several photographs are made at the same time. This came in handy for me since right now my husband is with me and were riding our ATV's in Northern Michigan. Spring and fall are our favorite times to ride. It was a great day and tomorrow we will be riding all day.
