Finally they bloomed, first there was one, then the others came along.
I am now located in Au Gres Michigan on a canal out to Lake Huron. It's a fishing and birding area full of wildlife. Recently I've joined the Tawas Bay Art Gallery and intend to create new paintings.

Orange appeal II
Sold
Very similar to the first painting. It's so exciting painting oranges and reds this time of the year waiting for spring to come and all the colors of nature to awaken.

Broken II
This broken glass intrigues me lately. This is almost the same as Broken. What comes to mind..... hmm sorry or "My life's in shatters" as Mick Jagger has been known to say. After giving this more thought it might have been"tatters" ?

Some raspberries
Sold
The last few days were spent working on a composition for a commissioned piece. It felt great drawing and using watercolors for testing color ideas and having the whole idea evolve forgot about the crappy weather for awhile. Today was spent cleaning and now after painting this the colors have cheered me up, hope they do the same for you.

Looking out
Down to the Smoky Mountains for Spring break with my family. This was painted plein air from our room. The weather was cold and spring had not arrived. Usually the average temperature is in the seventies this time of the year. We visited a valley called Cataloochee in North Carolina, what an adventure getting into the valley on a gravel road winding through the mountains it was beautiful, dangerous and stressful.
