Red beauty

Available

The simple beauty of an object brought to life by the paint.   This depth of color is amazing and why I paint with oil colors.

Fruit bowl

Availablel

What a happy surprise to get home from the grocery store and pull this beautiful cluster of grapes out of the bag.  Quickly they were hidden in the frig for later.

This composition works really well with the roundness of the bowl and the curving cluster of grapes to keep your eye in the painting, this is one colorful painting.

Cherry 2

Sold
Beginning 2014 with a cherry.  In the fruit category cherries are at the top one of my list.  Were covered in snow this morning yet thinking about summer and the great cherries we produce here in Michigan, happy thoughts and may they continue throughout the year.  HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Cherry 1

Sold
My granddaughter Kaylee is painting this cherry and her painting is looking so good awaiting her return. So, anyway stole her cherry to paint today for myself and glad I did.  Enjoyed painting the cherry and that fading background.

Hey you

The stem of the cherry is about to knock on the pear, it looks like a little fist.  I used a different surface that had a little more texture the sides are 3/4 inch painted finished edges. this does not need a frame.

Surrounded by cherries

This pear was very green and it stayed like that as it ripened. The cherries couldn't wait around.  Glad the fruits had some time together.
